Adding Score for Schooling of Returned Overseas Chinese Citizen and Children or Children of Overseas Chinese

I. Legal Basis

1. Implementation  of Laws  on Protection  of Rights  of Returned  Overseas Chinese Citizen  and Children  of the People's Republic  of China

2. Sichuan Province  Measures on [Implementation  of Laws on Protection of Rights of Returned Overseas Chinese Citizen and Children of the People's Republic  of China]

II. Application Conditions

Returning children  of overseas  Chinese citizen  or local children  of overseas Chinese  citizen  applying for schools can apply for verification  of their status. The verification certificate is unitarily printed, numbered, approved and distributed by Chengdu Municipal  Overseas Chinese Affairs Office.

III. Application Procedures

According  to  the  identification  verifying  relationship  with overseas  or returned overseas Chinese  citizens or compatriots in Hong Kong and Macao, certificate for adding score for schooling of qualified applicant will be issued. IV. Time Requirement Within   one  week  after receiving  complete application  documents,  a confirmation or rejection reply for score-adding certificate will be issued.
