Catalogue of Annual Review(Annual Inspection)Items that are Continuously Implemented by Departments at Chengdu Municipal Level and Catalogue of Annual Review(Annual Inspection)Items that are cancelled by Departments at Chengdu Municipal Level， discussed and adopted by the fifty-first executive meeting of Municipal Government on October 22, 2009, is hereby promulgated and shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.  
Items not included in the catalogue of items that shall continue to be implemented shall not be implemented as items of annual review (annual inspection). With respect to items that shall continue to be implemented, regulation shall be strengthened and joint annual inspection and on-line inspection shall be gradually carried out; with respect to items that are cancelled, transitional work shall be well done in accordance with the measures after the cancellation. Supervision and inspection shall be strengthened so as to prevent any annual review (annual inspection) in disguised form.
